-2 sides with opening window options, use one side or both.

-Sink with running water, 13 gal fresh water tank and a waste tank

 (no separate power needed, cold water only)

-Power is accessible with generator or access to building outlet

-Storage cabinet inside trailer as well as extra storage room in the front with access from inside and outside of trailer

-Rubber mat flooring to standing comfort and ease of cleaning, Rug options available for inside decor.
